Comments from the Representative Director

I am pleased to announce that I have established this association and assumed the position of Representative Director.
The reason behind the establishment of the company was our strong feeling that there is a mismatch between local companies and human resources.
Local companies are suffering from labor shortages, while young people are flowing to the cities in search of better opportunities.

However, we believe that it is possible to create enough opportunities in rural areas.
Opportunities are lost and buried for inherently capable personnel due to current skills, work experience, and information disparities.
We established this association to improve this situation as much as possible.

If a trend is created in which such personnel can play an active role in their field of expertise, more people will naturally want to remain in their hometowns, and the problems of local companies will be eliminated.
We believe that this will result in the revitalization of the entire community.
